INSTALLATION OF A SOLVENT EFFLUENT TREATMENT SYSTEM AND INCREASE IN SOLVENT EXTRACTION CAPACITY.
Within the framework of this project, ATRIX teams managed all phases (APS-APD-PRO-DCE-ACT-VISA-DET-AOR), including the creation of a numerical model of two solvent extraction networks.

The design and works were carried out in an occupied site (24 hours operation, 365 days a year, no annual maintenance shutdown).

FAB 92 building

  • 1 network composed of 2 collectors which are connected to one another. The extraction is performed by 3 fans and 3 stacks of 17.000 m3/h each.

Building FAB 97 and Support 2

  • 1 network of 12,000 m3/h with 2 fans and 2 stacks
  • 1 network of 15000 m3/h with 2 fans and 2 stacks

Building Crolles 1 Bis

  • 1 network with 2 fans of 12000m3/h and 1 chimney (3rd fan not included in the automation)
  • Treatment system for solvent exhausts, flow rate 80,000 m3/h
