Three families of missions have been identified, each with a specific purpose.

Architectural and project assignments position ATRIX on operations involving design, integration, authorisation, implementation and commissioning. In the vast majority of cases, these assignments are carried out under project management contracts that commit the group to responsibility for keeping costs and schedules.

Our consultancy services begin at the programme preparation stage. Of course, project risk management is paramount in all the group’s contracts, whatever their size. The process is initiated at the tender stage and is only completed when all the group’s contractual commitments have been received.
