RELOCATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL HOME FOR DISABLED ADULTS FROM PLÉCHÂTEL TO MESSAC
The building, located along the North-South axis, so that all the living quarters are oriented East-West, is organized around two distinct parts: the "day" area and the "night" area, a simple and rational organization allowing the residents to make the most of the space.
The green spaces located between these two areas are landscaped, preserving the privacy of everyone and offering a pleasant and relaxing view to the residents. The contemporary architecture, enhanced by facades with natural copper cladding, creates a warm and welcoming living environment.
