EXTENSION AND RESTRUCTURING OF THE MEDICAL-SOCIAL CENTER
The Congregation owns a large piece of land in the Paramé district of St Malo, close to university housing and a central point with some shops and the music school.

The land unit is divided into 3 entities:

Keriadenn, a reception area for Catholic youth
a part with housing for the sisters of the Congregation
and the medico-social center hosting the EHPAD des Chênes with lay residents in building n°6, the EHPAD and Henri Lemarié autonomous residence hosting religious, as well as housing for the Congregation in building 8. Around these buildings, there is an award-winning wooded park with a landscaped cemetery, and the Jardin d'Amélie.
The project consists of regrouping the two establishments in a single building.

In a building classified as heritage to be safeguarded under the PLU, extension for an accommodation wing with 56 rooms on 3 levels and a ground floor with common premises and care offices. Partial restructuring in the existing building for the administrative area, rooms and common premises.
Redevelopment of the surroundings for staff parking and access to the Chapel of Origins. Preparation of the land division for building 6.
