Transfer of the Tondu clinic to the ZAC des Quais de Floirac
The New Tondu Bordeaux Clinic fits harmoniously into the Quais de Floirac ZAC. It forms, with its medical consultation and imaging building, an island open onto a square and a wooded parking lot. The architectural ensemble, made up of pure volumes freely placed on an urban base, offers optimised routes and a natural identification of accesses and circuits.
Construction of a 9,600 m² SDP clinic on 6 levels, including :
Ground floor: Reception / Administration / Logistics / Kitchen / Pharmacy for internal use / Technical rooms
1st floor: Operating theatre with 10 rooms + possible extension area with 4 rooms / Sterilisation
2nd floor: Hospitalization of 30 SSR beds / Activity rooms
3rd floor : Hospitalization of 31 medical beds
4th floor : Hospitalization of 31 surgical beds
5th floor : Hospitalization of 31 surgical beds
Construction of a 3,800 m² SDP consultation building on 5 levels, including :
Ground floor: Radiology / laboratory / technical rooms / medical offices
1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor : Medical offices
