The Fromagerie Lincet is specialized in the manufacture of authentic Burgundian cheeses, such as the Délice de Bourgogne, the Chaource AOP, the Brillat-Savarin IGP, the Epoisses AOP and the Soumaintrain IGP.
Following the master plan carried out in 2015 by the BLEZAT team, the LINCET Cheese Factory entrusted the same team with the realization of its project to extend the production unit and renovate the cellars.
