Bringing together in the same team architects and engineers since the 1950s, BLEZAT, with the support of the ATRIX group, benefits from all the know-how and skills necessary for the implementation of a project, from the study phases to the commissioning of a structure.
BLEZAT takes into account the constraints linked to the act of building, the integration of the project into its environment, the quality of use, the respect of deadlines and costs, all elements integrated by BLEZAT with a view to sustainability and durability for each of its missions.
BLEZAT joined the ATRIX Group in 2020, in a dynamic of business/client/activity synergies, and brings to the Group the know-how and skills necessary for the design of a site – from sketch to commissioning – in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries and in the health and hotel/restaurant sectors.
BLEZAT brings together architects and engineers in its teams. The complementarity of these approaches and the knowledge of the sectors addressed ensure that the project owner has an understanding of the environment and the constraints specific to it. BLEZAT seeks to establish a relationship of mutual trust and proximity with the client.
Benefiting from its locations throughout the country, the organisation of the team during the design and study phases is adapted to that of the client. For the execution stages, BLEZAT is as close as possible to the site, thus ensuring the expected availability.
In a constant dynamic of exchange and synergy of expertise, the various integrated professions work hand in hand and are committed to providing a BLEZAT response that is coherent both architecturally and technically as well as strategically and economically. Realism and pragmatism are essential to BLEZAT’s business, in complete compatibility with creativity and intelligence of need.
For BLEZAT, each project is a stimulating and demanding challenge. Creative, architectural, technical, economic, environmental challenge… To meet it: collective creation and a multidisciplinary approach.
It all starts with questioning, listening and analysis: understanding how the project fits into a global strategy, identifying specificities, structuring needs, integrating all knowledge of users and uses.
Then comes the time for reflection, exchange and the development of proposals in an interactive approach, which will lead us to a synthesis that can, ideally, go beyond the client’s request, and respond to his objectives in the long term.
The realization, the result of any conception, will carry the architectural, functional and technical qualities, will be adaptable and flexible, thus turning definitively towards the future.
