EXTENSION AND RESTRUCTURING OF THE BUILDING
Created in 2010, the Hospitalité Saint Thomas de Villeneuve (HSTV) groups together 9 health and medico-social establishments in Brittany and Provence. Composed of a single square-shaped plot of land, with a surface area of more than 35,000 m², the establishment is made up of two buildings, one on the north side and the other on the south side, surrounding an area of landscaped interest as well as a classified wooded area.
The restructuring of this existing site, by extension, elevation and redevelopment, is intended to reinforce its care offer and optimize its organization, as well as to improve the identification of spaces and the care of the patients.

Construction of 3 ISO 5 operating theatres + SSPI room and connection with the existing technical platform
Creation of a new sterilization unit, a laboratory and a consultation center
Relocation of psychiatry services to a new building (132 beds)
Reinforcement of cardiology: 16 beds and pneumology: 7 beds
Creation of a 24-bed palliative care service
Creation of a 30-bed medicine department (including 15 gerontology beds and 15 multipurpose beds)
Extension of the SSR service by 22 beds
Expansion of the surgery department by 11 beds
Expansion of the emergency department, the ICU and the sleep center

Integration into the existing site with enhancement of the existing historical features
